Yes you're right... it's the only way to keep calm...another time only walk, my horse is not completely ok... Saturday and Sunday we did trot and it was all right... But now I don't even know if I'll ride him and walk or just take him a bit outside without riding... And in my riding center there's not even another horse to ride...sorry 4 my mistakes.
